Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 Yellow potatoes
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1c Sour cream
  • 3 tsp White or Black truffle oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil potatoes. Mash potatoes adding milk, sour cream and truffle oil. Beat well on medium speed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4-6 servings.
