- 5lbs Russet or yellow potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1C Half and half cream
- 1/8t Pepper
- 1/2C The Olive Grove’s Wild Mushroom & Sage or Garlic flavored Olive Oil
- 1t Salt
- 1t Seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, cream and olive oil together. Put with the hot potatoes and mash with a beater. Add remaining ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes, covered.
