Black Truffle (Italy)

This oil is smooth while having an unmistakable intense black truffle flavor. An all-around good cooking or finishing oil. Try on potatoes, pasta, cream soups, eggs, risotto, and veggies.

 

Grapeseed Oil

This Healthy Oil is a great source of Vitamin E and Linoleic Acid with a light nutty flavor and a high smoke point ( 425 F ).

 

Roasted Almond Oil

This California Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered.  It has a delicate nose and a delicious roasted almond flavor.  It is great for sautéing, drizzling, baking, dipping and as a vinaigrette.  Pairs well with most fruit flavored Balsamic, especially, Raspberry, Pomegranate and Red Apple.  Currently out of stock!

 

Roasted Butternut Squash Seed Oil

This is an all-natural, expeller-pressed, unrefined oil that is high in healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats and is a rich source in vitamin E. It has a nutty, buttery flavor and pairs well with roasted vegetables, grilled meats and fish, and a fun alternative to butter over popcorn, mashed potatoes or polenta. Drizzle over a hearty soup or casserole, or use as a marinade ingredient. With a smoke point of 425 degrees, it is suitable for stir frying, sauteing or grilling. It is pure oil made from the first pressing of 100% non-GMO butternut squash seeds harvested and sourced exclusively from a farm in central New York.

Roasted Sesame Oil

Sesame oil has long been the universal cooking medium in Asia. This makes a delicious dressing for a Chinese Chicken Salad or in rice with cilantro. Mix with soy sauce and Dijon mustard for an amazing marinade or salad dressing.

 

Roasted Walnut

Slowly roasted to perfection, expellerpressed and lightly filtered. This oil adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fish, baked pastries and is perfect to dip with bread.

 

White Truffle (Italy)

White Truffles were steeped in extra virgin olive oil. This oil is smooth with an intense white truffle flavor. A great finishing oil. Try on scrambled eggs,potatoes, cheese fondue, popcorn or cream soup.
